I'm a little in shock that it's time to take a 8 month picture! The little dude needs to stay at this age forever!

Rylan is such a fun boy and is sure loved by EVERYONE. He is sleeping almost 12 hours every night in his own room, which has made a huge difference-from about 9:30-9 most mornings.  He's napping 3x a day. He LOVES food....and it can be anything.  He loves eating on his own with ritz crackers, baby puffs, baby cookies, baby apples, yogurt melts. It's cute to see him use his hands to grab the food.
He says 'mama-mama; dada-dada; mmmmm (when eating food)' and always babbles.  He's a pro at the army crawl; likes to clap on his own (especially when you say YAY); loves standing and using his walker; loves being with everyone and cries most times when he's alone; like playing with toys and is enthralled with Milly; has come to love watching Little Einsteins with the girls (they choose that show many times knowing he likes it); he's just a fun, smiling, happy boy!
He's got us all wrapped around every little finger.
At the  Great to be 8, a friend was holding him and rubbed his tummy and he was dazed.  So we've now done that and he loves it. He LOVES his sisters and they sure take care of him.  Hadi is learning to be more soft and not screaming.  She will be the perfect sister to be crazy with and play.  Jaycee is such a nurturer.  She will be the perfect big sister to help with being his 2nd mommy.  He's very lucky to have sisters that care & love so much.  Daddy loves Rylan and tries to do guy things like watch football...but sometimes he just wants mom.  I won't argue that.  Rylan is such a blessing and has my heart!!!
Our little guy is at such a fun age and getting big fast!!!  When little Ms. Hadi holds him, I joke that he is going to outgrown her.
Rylan is such a joy to all of us. He is sleeping, finally, from 10-8:30 and this week gets his own room! He still eats with mom but would rather eat everything that everyone else has. He loves food! He doesn't have a favorite or a dislike;if it can go in his mouth, then he's happy. He loves to talk. Can say "mama", DadDy taught him to shake his head back and forth when we say "no-no" and he loves to try and clap with people. He's a pro at moving all over and working on the crawling idea. What a joy he brings to Craig and I and the girls
